Back-link build too fast or too slowly
To many or too low keyword density
High bounce rates
Too many links from the same site
No internal links (poor onsite optimization)
No or very few outbound links

Beware of Penguin penalties for

The sources where traffic to your site comes from, search engine, guest post, FB, articles, youtube video, press release,...
the same anchor text looks like spam for example 97% of anchor text on site are "how to lose 10 pounds in week"
try to use the similar keywords with the same meaning as : "how to lose weight", "lose weight fast", "lose 10 pounds", "how this guy lost 10 pounds", "this article", "how to burn fat quickly", "how to lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks",... OR not "how to get your boyfriend back" but "get your boyfriend back", "how to get your man back", "get your boy friend back fast", "win back your boyfriend", "win your boyfriend back",...

Panda is the latest update Google made to the search results. It caused havoc across the web. Panda hurt a lot of website rankings and very popular websites. The biggest change with Panda was de-valuating sites with poor content. Make sure your website has good quality pages that you would want people to link to.

On 27th Sep 2012, Google released the Panda algorithm update. It's been said that around 2.4% English search queries were impacted and its still rolling out. Did you notice any drop in your website traffic and rankings?

It is an improvement to google's search algorithm which helps google to fight content robbers and spammers.

Difference between Google Panda and Google Penguin ?
Both updates are affect the ranking your website. Panda updates checks the quality of your website. And Penguin updates check or removing your spamming like duplicate content, low quality content.
Panda = attempting to tackle content quality
Penguin = attempting to tackle link manipulation
Google panda and penguin are google ranking algorithm that was first released in February.Google panda aim is to lower the rank of lower quality sites and return the high quality sites to top of search results.this change affect the ranking of 12 percent of all search results. It emphasis more on fresh data.It focus on the date of page.
Its latest version is 3.9released on 25 july 2012

Penguin - It aim is to decrease ranking of websites that violate Google web master guidelines that mean using black hat techniques like cloaking, keyword stuffing, duplicate content.
It more emphasis on quality link.Don't use same anchor text.
Main target of penguin is to check web Spam.
Many of our affiliates who rely on organic search traffic are prospering more than ever because they have taken the time to flesh out a real business and put time into building a brand.

Now, I have no idea what websites you are referring to and so don't know about their 'quality', but do they look like brands? Do they do all of the things that a brand website will do?

1. Do they have high-quality unique content that makes the visitor want to stay and that adds value?

2. Do they have active social accounts?

3. How are the on-page social signals? How are your content retweets, +1's, etc?

4. Is the site full of ads (especially above the fold)?

5. Is the content well-written, and aimed at visitors (not search engines)?

6. How is your link profile and anchor-text mix? Link profiles should be natural-looking with a high proportion of links using brand-mention anchor text and not just keyword-rich anchor text.

7. How 'fresh' is your content? How often do you add new content, and how 'interactive' is the site for user-generated content (reviews, Q&A's, comments, etc)

Just some of the factors that can differentiate an affiliate website from a real 'brand'.

Don't want to build a brand? That's fine - you should consider affiliate brokering. This makes up the vast majority of affiliate commission's earned through Monetise.

What is 'Affiliate Brokering'?

Affiliate brokering essentially involves buying traffic at one price and then selling it (in the form of affiliate commission) at another.

The process basically comprises:

1. Deciding on a viable offer to promote (usually a lead or sign-up)

2. Deciding on what traffic source(s) to test (there are thousands, and by traffic source, it could be PPC, PPV (contextual), CPM (banner-buys), etc)

3. Test the traffic by linking directly to the advertisers landing page, and split-test by building and testing your own landing pages (highly recommended in most cases so you can pre-sell the offer)

4. Optimising your traffic source and landing pages for the highest possible conversion rates.

5. Once the campaign is profitable, scaling it to other traffic sources (scaling profit).

The real beauty of affiliate brokering is that you don't need to rely on any one traffic source (e.g Google), and that you can begin testing and promoting immediately(like PPC).

Affiliate brokering is very much the American CPA model of affiliate marketing and you just have to search for some of the US super-affiliates to see how much is being earned using similar techniques (without caring about what Google are doing at all).

Effect of Google Panda Upadate

Google Panda is a change to the Google's search results ranking algorithm that was first released in February 2011.The change aimed to lower the rank of low-quality sites and return higher-quality sites near the top of the search results. After this updates, many websites were affected. The websites that were ranking well moved down in Google SERPs. According to this updates, the content of the websites should be unique and user friendly.

The idea behind the newest google panda update is to level the google ranking between companies who are building quality against those just strongly using SEO techniques to enhance this quality. Over optimizing keywords on each web page is shown to be impacted & the obvious over optimising of websites using any strategy of producing new inbound links will be penalized.

It is mainly for the SPAMMERS who raise quickly by using the black hat seo tactics in their websites. To avoid Google has implemented the Google panda algorithm to those spammers. It is nothing but saying good bye to low quality content.

The site which is ranking for the low quality content or copied content, it will not be rank anymore unless you update your site with fresh and unique content. So stop practicing pasting of 3rd party site content and add in your website. This wont work here after.
Publishing content just for the heck of traffic is not a good idea. This is the main reason why Google made the update – because a lot of sites take a lot of content just for them to attract more visitors from the search engines to go to their site and give some impressions and clicks to the ads.

They don’t really care about the quality of the content as much as the traffic they are getting from it. We have to always keep in mind that people want real, useful, quality content – and Google is just trying its best to deliver us that which we desire. True, there may have been some unforseen and perhaps unjust casualties, but that’s why it’s called a ‘change’ I’m sure Google will try to patch things up in due time.

Its a improvement to google’s search algorithm which helps google to fight content robbers and spammers. Remember google caffeine? This update is similar to caffeine update but it might not impact to most of users same like caffeine did

Panda update is a major algorithmic change to the ranking system implemented by Google. Around 11.8% of queries will observe a noticeable impact as a result of this change. The intent is pure – provide the user with high quality and most relevant contents at the top. So the sites with low quality contents, low value to users, non original contents copied from other sites will see a drastic fall in their rankings. This is a good news to the sites with original contents, in depth analysis and research and high quality contents. They will definitely find a place at the top of the list.

Google Panda is a change to the Google's search results ranking algorithm that was first released in February 2011. The change aimed to lower the rank of "low-quality sites" or "thin sites" and return higher-quality sites near the top of the search results. Soon after the Panda rollout, many websites, including Google's webmaster forum, became filled with complaints of scrapers/copyright infringers getting better rankings than sites with original content.

Google considers the one that got indexed first as original and labels the rest as duplicate. Post the Panda update, a lot of websites and article directories have tightened their belts and have started to deal with content duplicacy seriously. I agree that there are a good number of content scrapers who do not mind losing their SERP rankings and starting it off all over again, and such dare-devils may get going with it...
